Latest Updates from Our Project:
YYYYYEEEEAAHHHH

YEAHHHHHHHH
THANK YOU, EVERYONE. We did this - it happened - and now we're three drinks in, and we're listening to Ke$ha and, you know, yeah, this is pretty good.
Over the next few days, we're going to set up a Backerkit, which will make everything in the KS - everything, all the things - available for pre-order via our page. So if you want to upgrade your pledge, you can do that right up until the point we print the books. Or if you want to tell your wealthiest, laziest friends about us - lazy, wealthy friends who missed the Kickstarter - that's good too.
Also! Here's some good news, brought to you fresh from the frontlines of three drinks in: we're going to extend the stretch goals into our backerkit, which means that all pre-orders will continue to bump up those rewards, which means that you lot will be able to vote to make us write a Cthulhu supplement for Unbound. And HOO BOY, do we want to write a Cthluhu supplement for Unbound, so that works out for everyone. Or a Cyberpunk one. Whatever, really.
FUN FACT: Two-fisted Action is winning the last Community Vote. We'll leave the votes open until the weekend, so if you've not yet voted and you want something else, you should do that.
Right! Drink four!

COMMUNITY CHOICE - ROUND ONE
– Wed, Apr 20, 2016 at 07:38:58 PM
GET VOTING.
We passed our £28,000 stretch goal last night, which unlocks the first genre pack. Vote here! Your choices are:
URBAN HORROR: Vampires, mages, street magic, werewolf gangs, zealous hunters and bloody turf wars in a dark and dangerous city.
POST-APOCALYSE: The world burned - or it drowned - or it froze - or it dried up - but whatever happened, pretty much everyone died and you're amongst the last survivors of humanity in a society changed beyond recognition.
TWO-FISTED TALES: Derring-do! Ancient temples! Plucky adventurers! Planes leaving dotted lines on maps to indicate travel! Revolvers! Dark cults! Monkeys flying zepplins! Nefarious plots! Fascists! All this and MUCH MORE.
DAWN OF THE SECOND DAY - 48 HOURS REMAIN.
Well, slightly fewer than 48 hours, but we wanted to use the line. We're coming up to the end of the project, and we're really excited to see how much support we can get, By which we mean: PLEASE YELL ABOUT UNBOUND TO EVERYONE YOU KNOW. They won't have to put up with it for much longer, and odds are they'll really like the book! Because you do, and you have excellent taste (and you're looking very lovely today - did you did a haircut?), so your friends are probably brilliant and wealthy people who'll love us too.

FIRST STRETCH GOAL UNLOCKED - MORE ART
– Mon, Apr 18, 2016 at 07:25:54 PM
STRETCH GOAL UNLOCKED.
You all seem to love Adi's art, and why wouldn't you? It's gorgeous. Well, you'll be pleased to hear that you're keeping him in cups of tea and Magnificent Beard Lotion by unlocking our first stretch goal, which is: more art. Which is something that everyone can enjoy, we think.
This new art will feature either: action scenes illustrating different parts of the system, additional drawings of monsters and bad guys from our adversaries chapter, or a single, lavishly detailed spread of the pair of us laying on tiger skins and wearing crowns on the inside front cover. We're still ironing out the details.
RPG.NET CHAT TOMORROW. LATE. TOMORROW. TECHNICALLY ON TUESDAY.
We're going on RPG.net to chat about Unbound tomorrow night at 1am UK time, because... well, we're not entirely sure why we thought it was a good idea to stay up that late and then try to sound intelligent, but here we are.
If you're in a part of the world where that isn't a ridiculous time of night to be awake, or you're just having problems sleeping, we'll post the link on our respective twitter pages tomorrow and you can come ask us questions. Or just rock up and say how nice and clever we are, in public! We'd like that.

New art, new videos

NEW ART.
We got Adi to draw some more art for us based on the worlds crafted during playtest adventures of Unbound. He's just putting the finishing touches to the last piece now, but for the time being, here's a sneak peak at the at setting that won our twitter contest - ZERO ANGEL.
In the coldest winter on record in Toyko, the Angels have found us wanting. Stick to the shadows. Look to the marked doors for salvation.
We're currently running the numbers on a special tier that gives you and your group early access to the rules, and for Adi to do a movie poster for your group in the same way we've done the above (and the other four, which we'll show to you soon). Does that sound like something you'd be excited about? Let us know in the comments below.
REASONS YOU SHOULD BACK UNBOUND.
Chris and I put together a list of reasons that you should back Unbound, including "so I can have a pony" and "so Chris can clone Jimmy Stewart to be his butler." I figure you've already backed us, but if you've enjoyed this video, it should give you a taste of what awaits you in the Directors' Commentary.

FUNDED, BACKERKIT, EARLY ACCESS, NEW PLEDGE LEVELS
almost 9 years ago

FUNDED!
We've funded! We presume that Kickstarter told you already, but we're going to tell you again. We can't wait to show you what Unbound can do, and to make it look gorgeous.
BACKERKIT.
We're going to set up a Backerkit once this is all done, which will let you - and others! - contribute to the campaign through pre-orders once the Kickstarter campaign is over. We'll put everything available on here as add-ons to your pledge, even time-limited stuff like custom art.
EARLY ACCESS.
We have the text of the book pretty much ready to go. You want to read it. So: why wait? To that end, everyone who backs us at Digital Special, Softback Special or any other reward with access to stretch goals and director's commentary will receive a PDF of the rules text as it stands about a week after the Kickstarter ends.
It's not yet proof-read or copy-edited, we've got placeholder art in there, and we're missing a few frills around the edges, but as far as mechanics go it'll be very close to the final draft.
Unfortunately, we can't update the reward descriptions because of Kickstarter rules - but anyone at those levels and above will get the document once we finish the KS.
CUSTOM MOVIE POSTER PLEDGE LEVEL
Did you like the absurdly cool movie posters that Adi made? Do you want the chance to have one for your own adventure? You now have the chance to do that.
If you back us at the WORLD CREATORS level, you'll get a hardback book, a deck of custom cards, and - crucially - a unique custom art movie poster from Adrian Stone, which will go into the book (along with a short writeup about your adventure, done by us) and no fewer than FIVE A3 copies of the poster to share amongst your players. You'll have a month to play Unbound together (using the playtest rules) and create your world before we'll need you to send us a brief description of your story - and we'll include it in final PDF and the book, too.
The printing costs of this level are a little higher than usual art prints on account of the massively limited print run, but we think it's worth it.
Again: thank you, all of you. We're so buzzed to make this happen.
